After years of tension, the Premier Leagues’ association has finally agreed to merge the two leagues, following years of delays.
The two leagues will now be called Premier League Football League and Premier League English Football League.
They will share the same Premier League stadium and will share broadcasting rights, as well as sharing coaching and management positions.
The Premier League will also have more power in negotiations with clubs.
The Premier League said in a statement: “After years of negotiations and negotiations, the association has reached agreement on a merger between the two Premier Leaguers.”
The merger will be announced at a press conference in London on Friday.
“This merger will make it possible for us to have more time to get the necessary arrangements in place.”

Australia’s National Computer Centre (NCC) says the government should scrap computer degree requirements, citing a lack of demand.

Computer degrees, which allow students to earn a degree on the job, have also become “the only way for students to keep their jobs”.
Computer certifiers were introduced by Labor in 2007.

“We know that if we continue to expand the number of computer-related jobs, there will be a need for more graduates from high-demand industries,” said NCES president Chris Ritchie.
“There will be an increased need for those people to have a degree, and we think that’s an area that we can help fill that gap.”
“There’s a shortage of people, and that’s not necessarily a good thing.”
“The number of jobs that need to be filled in digital services, we think, will rise in coming years,” Mr Ritchie said.
“So we’re looking at expanding the number and the types of jobs in digital, and this would allow us to do that.”
The NCES said the government needed to find “more ways to support those industries, particularly in remote areas”.
The NCS said it was “committed to continuing to support the industry” but that “the current market conditions are not sufficient to justify continuing the current level of student enrolment”.
“We think that the current market situation is not sustainable,” Mr Hatton said.

“What we need to do is look at the best way to ensure that there’s enough graduates to fill those roles in the digital economy, and then we will be able to support that industry.”
The NCA said the move would allow more Australians to get degrees in the future.
The government is currently funding the NCA with $6.5 million.
The NCS said it expected that would increase to $15 million next year.
A government spokesperson said the department was looking at options to increase the number, including “a national cap on student enrolments”.
“It would be a good time for the Government to consider the feasibility of providing greater support for the digital sector to support growth in digital skills,” the spokesperson said.
The Government will release a new draft of the National Plan for Digital Transformation on Friday.

In this article I’ll explain how you can build a course that uses a variety of tools, including Arduino, Arduino shields, and the internet to build an awesome project that you can share online.
What you’ll need: A Raspberry Pi and a USB 3.0 to USB 3 adapter.
You can use any USB port that has a USB to USB 2.0 connector.
A USB 3 port.
The Arduino IDE software.
You will need a USB cable that is compatible with the USB 3 cable.
An Ethernet cable that has both a 5V and 3.3V power connector.
You also need a computer to run the Arduino IDE program.
How to build the Arduino shield: First, connect the Ethernet cable to your Raspberry Pi using a USB Ethernet adapter.
This will let the Arduino software talk to the Raspberry Pi.
The Raspberry Pi then will send the data to the Arduino.
The data is stored on the SD card, so it can be used to power the Arduino and connect the Raspberry to your computer.
Make sure you have a USB hub connected to your PC so you can plug in any USB ports that are on the USB-to-Serial cable.
Next, connect your Ethernet cable and USB adapter to your Arduino computer using the Ethernet adapter that comes with the Raspberry.
Plug the Ethernet and USB cable into the USB port on your Raspberry.
This should give you access to the Ethernet port.
If the Ethernet is not available, the Ethernet will not connect to the USB Ethernet.
Connect the USB adapter using the USB cable from the Raspberry and connect it to the computer’s Ethernet port on the Raspberry’s motherboard.
Make a note of the port number you used for the Ethernet.
You need this number to configure your computer to talk to your USB Ethernet port so that you’ll be able to access the Ethernet through it.
Once you’ve got this number, plug in the Raspberry into your computer’s serial port and start the Arduino program.
Make the Arduino board: Connect the Raspberry board to the serial port.
Make your USB cable.
Connect your Ethernet to the board.
Start the Arduino Program: Now that you have all of the tools you need, it’s time to start the program.
In the Arduino programming manual, you’ll see an option to “start from scratch” which means that the program will create the first sketch for you.
I’ve written this tutorial in “Programming Basics” so that the code I write here can be repeated and expanded.
I’ll show you how to start with the Arduino sketch, and then you can repeat it for each of the Arduino shields.
Open up the Arduino Programming Manual and click on the “New sketch” button to create a new sketch.
Make certain that the Arduino has enough RAM and memory available, and that you’re running it on a USB port.
Then press the “Connect” button and then the “Enter” button.
You should see a list of the available pins and a red LED that says “OK”.
Now, go ahead and connect one of the shields that are already connected to the mainboard.
Now you should be able connect the shield that is next to the other shield.
Connect that shield to the “Start” button, and you should see the LED light up, indicating that the shields are connected.
Repeat this process for the remaining shields, adding the Arduino to the sketch.
At this point, the Arduino is connected to a USB-Serial port and you can connect it via Ethernet.
This allows the Arduino’s software to talk with your computer and send data to it.
To see how this is done, plug the Arduino into the computer.
Open the Arduino Sketch, and connect to your Serial port.
Click the “Add” button on the right side of the sketch, select “New Sketch”, and then click on “Sketch”.
The Sketch will now have a “New Arduino sketch” option, and there will be a “Serial port” button in the top right corner.
You’ll need to add an Ethernet cable for this sketch to connect to an Ethernet port and then to the Internet.
Now, plug this Ethernet cable into your Raspberry’s Ethernet jack, and start your computer by running the Arduino “Skeleton Program”.
Make sure that the Ethernet device connected to its port is not blocked by the Arduino, and check “Allow network connections”.
Now that the sketch has been built, it will ask you to select the target board.
Choose the Raspberry Shield from the list of available shields.
If you’re using the Arduino Shield, the sketch will ask whether you want to create the shield with a USB header.
Now the sketch should ask you whether you’d like to upload a picture to the internet.
The sketch should then ask you for the username and password of the computer you’re connected to, and if so, what they are.
If not, click “Yes” to accept the username.
Now click “Start”.
At this stage, the program is downloading a picture file. It will
Computer science is the second-highest-ranked science degree in the United States, after engineering, according to the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), a federally funded nonprofit.
But even with a strong base in computer science, there are still many more opportunities for students to gain valuable job experience.
“There are lots of opportunities for computer science students to be more successful and contribute to the workforce,” said Dr. Sarah M. Bader, assistant dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Virginia.
“It’s really important that you’re in the workforce and have the knowledge and skills you need.”

Tech companies are increasingly looking to their graduates for their talent, and as such they are increasingly targeting computer science degrees as a way to get a leg up.
As of early October, Apple and Microsoft had more than 20,000 and 7,000 students respectively.
The two companies are using their universities as recruitment platforms to attract computer science graduates to fill their talent pool.
In addition, some of these companies are offering courses for free.
One of the best examples of this is Amazon, which is offering a one-year program for students who complete its online Master of Science in Computer Science degree program.
The company is offering free classes for those who take the online courses and pay for them with credits.
As we previously reported, this program has proven popular for online students, who have received more than 9,000 credits, and it has become one of the top performing programs among the best online programs for online courses.
With more than 60% of computer science students taking computer science classes, there is ample opportunity for companies like Apple and Amazon to reach more students.
However, there are also some concerns that the programs could be used to lure students away from other schools.
Some people are worried that the courses are being used to recruit people who are not qualified for computer science, or that they are being paid to get students enrolled in the courses.
To address these concerns, Apple has started offering an online master’s degree program that offers credits to students who earn the necessary credits to complete the program.
In an email to employees on Oct. 20, Apple Vice President of Education and Strategic Initiatives Paul Maritz wrote that the company is “actively working to improve and enhance the online Master’s degree experience for our students.”
Apple has been one of many tech companies to offer online courses for computer-science students.
Last year, LinkedIn and Dropbox both offered online Master degree programs.
Microsoft has also been known to offer programs for computer scientists, but it is not clear if the company will continue to offer this program in the future.
While the online programs are still in the early stages, some believe the company could benefit from doing so.
“It would be great if Apple were to start offering a master’s program for computer engineers, since many of them are currently at a disadvantage in the career market,” said Jason Zander, founder of The Computer Engineer Network, a startup that aims to make it easier for people to find work in the industry.
“I would love to see it expand the program and give them more credit, especially since so many of the schools are so competitive.”

The study, conducted by the Computer Science Association of Australia (CSA), examined the world rankings for the best computer science schools in the country.
“The computer training world has always been a very competitive one,” CSA chief executive John Coughlan said.
“But the recent explosion in interest in computer science among the broader population of Australians has been very, very exciting.”‘
It’s the perfect storm’A recent study by the CSA showed that in 2017, Australians with a disability were the world number one in computer training.
“We’re the most popular of all countries for people on the autism spectrum,” Coughlon said.
He said the increase in interest was due to a growing awareness of disability in the community and a greater willingness to learn.
“People are starting to realise that if you can get in touch with them, that’s a great way to get help,” he said.
But Coughlans work experience was not the only thing that was changing in the computing world.
The CSA study also found that the number one country for computer programming skills was New Zealand, followed by Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and France.
“There are many countries where you can find people who can do the same,” Croughlan said of his country.
He was surprised to find that the US was the best performer, with over 90 per cent of the top schools ranking it as their top computer country.
Mr Coughlin said the US had a strong interest in the field, with students studying computer science at the top of their classes.
“When you’re at the very top of the national rankings, you’re going to have a really strong interest,” he explained.
“And we have a very strong interest there.
We have a lot of people who are very interested.””
I think it’s really exciting and we have this really strong passion for it,” he added.’
There’s a real demand’The CCA study also revealed that there were a huge number of people in Australia with disabilities who wanted to learn computer programming.
“Many of these people are in schools, they’re not able to attend a traditional school, they don’t have access to computers and the school can’t afford them,” Mr Coughlock said.”(So) they’re going off to a coding school, and they’re very excited about their ability to learn and their potential to learn, because it’s a perfect storm of demand.”
“We know that there’s a big demand for this kind of training, especially in young people who have very limited language skills,” he continued.
“So they are going to want to learn it as quickly as they can.”‘
I think I can do it’In his time at Computex, Mr Croughlans computer training experience has included learning the latest languages, programming languages and building online applications.
“I was really impressed with how many people I met in the audience and how many were excited to learn to program,” he told ABC Radio Melbourne.
“This is really exciting.”
He said he was able to teach many people at ComputEx, but it was still a “really challenging” area of his job.
“It’s not only a question of teaching computer science but it’s also learning how to program in general, how to develop applications for different things, so you can be a developer in any domain and be able to do it on any device,” he noted.
Mr Croglan said his experience of teaching the courses at Computecex had been invaluable.
“In terms of what it taught me, I’m still very happy with what I’ve learned and I’m not sure that I would have learned the most,” he remarked.
“My biggest problem in teaching it is that it’s not just a one-off experience.”
Every day I’m trying to teach people in different languages, different languages with different requirements, with different skills.
“That’s what I’m really excited about.”
Some of the things I’m doing right now in my work are trying to get people to use their computers, I think I’m up to that challenge,” he admitted.”
What I’m hoping for is that I can use my expertise in a wide range of things and I can teach people all over the world what I know.
“Coding as a hobby is becoming more popular for many people with autism.”
